Preheat oven at 350 degree
Mix dry ingredients:
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup oat bran
- 2 T whole flax seeds (don't have it, used uncle sam haha)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 super ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt (I used 1/4 greek yogurt + 1/4 almond milk)
- 1 egg
- soybean pulp from one batch of soy milk
Bake for 16-18 mins, cool and ENJOY!!
I'll try the peanut butter filling next time and definitely will add some chocolate chips or nuts. Not super sweet and so moist... so good!!
